ServiceNow IRM Architect / Consultant – CL7 / CL8

Project Overview

Seeking a senior ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) professional to provide architecture, design, and advisory services for an established IRM environment. The client has utilized IRM for several years and will perform the hands-on configuration and development activities. The selected consultant will focus on strategic design, optimization, governance, and future-state recommendations.

Client Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Project Start: October 14
Duration: Approximately 8 to 12 weeks with potential extension
Travel: Occasional travel may be required. Client will cover approved travel expenses.
Level: CL7 / CL8
Experience Required: 5+ years ServiceNow experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design sessions for ServiceNow IRM.
• Assess the current IRM implementation and identify optimization opportunities.
• Define best practices for governance, risk, compliance, policy, and audit management.
• Develop future-state architecture and strategic roadmap recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive discussions.
• Review solution designs and implementation plans created by the client team.
• Advise on scalability, security, compliance, reporting, and operational governance.
• Support integration and alignment with broader enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant IRM/GRC expertise.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Strong expertise across:
  • Risk Management
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Audit Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Operational Risk Management
• Experience leading design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide IRM programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating IRM with other ServiceNow applications.
• Consulting experience in highly regulated industries.
