ServiceNow Integration Architect / Consultant (Oracle ERP) – CL7 / CL8

Project Overview

Seeking a senior ServiceNow Integration professional to support the design and architecture of integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP. This is primarily a strategic, advisory, and solution design role rather than a hands-on development position. The client has an established ServiceNow team that will perform the configuration, development, and implementation activities.

Client Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Project Start: October 14
Duration: Approximately 8 to 12 weeks with potential extension
Travel: Occasional travel may be required. Client will cover approved travel expenses.
Level: CL7 / CL8
Experience Required: 5+ years ServiceNow experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design workshops for ServiceNow and Oracle ERP integrations.
• Define integration strategies, data flows, API frameworks, security models, and governance standards.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities and best practices.
• Review technical designs and implementation approaches created by client delivery teams.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable integration solutions.
• Establish reusable integration patterns and architecture standards.
• Advise on complex integration challenges and risk mitigation.
• Create and review architecture documentation, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in consulting, architecture, or solution design roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience developing architecture and solution design documentation.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Integration Hub Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications and architecture credentials.
