Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the IT support and application monitoring department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 50-55

What's the Job?

• Implement and support Application Performance Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist in automating routine tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system health and generate reports using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Engage in continuous learning and apply automation principles to enhance system reliability and performance.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a geographically dispersed organization.
• Understanding of automation principles and familiarity with tools such as Ansible or Selenium.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI).
