We are seeking a “QA Compliance Specialist” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Description:
The Product Stewardship Compliance Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate product compliance records and supporting regulatory data management activities. This role will enter substance and material compliance information into Compliance Map, review supplier declarations, upload supporting documentation, and ensure records are complete and accurate. The position also supports document control and change management activities within Windchill and serves as a point of contact for supplier compliance inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain substance, material, and regulatory compliance data within Compliance Map.
- Review supplier declarations, certificates, and other compliance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Upload and manage compliance evidence and supporting documentation within applicable systems.
- Send, receive, and track supplier queries related to Declarations of Conformance and other compliance requests.
- Follow up with suppliers to obtain missing or updated compliance information.
- Support product compliance and stewardship activities through accurate record management.
- Create, process, and route change orders within the Windchill system.
- Upload, maintain, and organize documentation in Windchill and other document management systems.
- Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance records in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support for compliance-related projects.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong data entry and document management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with Compliance Map, Windchill, or similar compliance and document management systems.
- Experience reviewing supplier declarations, compliance certificates, or regulatory documentation.
- Familiarity with environmental and product compliance requirements such as REACH, RoHS, or similar regulations.
- Experience interacting directly with suppliers to obtain compliance information.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned work after initial training and guidance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external suppliers.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality, accurate compliance records.
