Sensory Panelist

Our client, Food & Beverage Industry is seeking a Sensory Panelist to join their team. As a Sensory Panelist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Sensory Evaluation Team. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay Range:24.28 Pay Rate

What's the Job?

  • Participate in sensory training and calibration sessions.
  • Evaluate food and beverage products using established sensory testing methods.
  • Provide objective, consistent, and unbiased feedback on product appearance, aroma, flavor, taste, texture, and mouthfeel.
  • Accurately enter responses into electronic systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and site-specific requirements to maintain a secure and professional environment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for onboarding training and regular panel schedule on specified days and times.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
