Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client is seeking a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As a Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Operations supporting the Accounts Receivable and Sales Billing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:South Brunswick Township, NJ

What's the Job?

  • Support daily accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and reconciliation in SAP and cloud-based systems.
  • Assist in resolving billing blocks and managing sales data flow to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Update dashboards and compile key metrics for reporting purposes using Power BI and SAP data extracts.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain and other departments to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
  • Document standard procedures and support SAP S4 readiness initiatives for digital transformation.

What's Needed?

  • College degree required, with experience in high-volume accounts receivable or finance support roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and experience with Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Exposure to High Radius and experience in CPG or E-commerce industries is advantageous.
