Senior Site Specialist

Our client, a leader in laboratory support and scientific services, is seeking a Senior Site Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Site Specialist, you will be part of the Laboratory Services Department supporting order management, stockroom operations, chemical and glassware handling, and lab safety inspections. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Foster City, CA

Pay Range:$28.20/hr

What's the Job?

• Utilize electronic inventory and order management systems for on-site program replenishments and disbursements
• Perform laboratory services including order delivery, glassware processing, and chemical inventory reconciliation
• Inspect life safety equipment and coordinate lab services operations
• Create, maintain, and reconcile various reports to meet partner requirements
• Address customer concerns effectively and communicate proactively with supervisors about potential issues

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting or related services
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and data entry
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
