Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) supporting child support systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong team management abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $59/hr.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Provide guidance and consultation to project teams, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Support PMO functions such as tracking risks, issues, and action items, and preparing status reports.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
• Assist with process improvements and resource management to optimize project outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Experience working with business customers to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables (15+ years).
• Proficiency in completing unit, system, and user acceptance testing (15+ years).
• Team management expertise including creation, assignment, and tracking of work tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Technical writing and documentation experience (12+ years).
