Our client, a leader in international logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting global transportation operations, ensuring seamless freight forwarding processes, and troubleshooting complex discrepancies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Remote (must reside in the United States and be open to working CST hours)
Pay Range:$20 - $24/hr
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
- Create international freight forwarder bookings within SAP S/4 HANA TM system.
- Monitor daily discrepancy logs, perform initial root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of transportation management issues.
- Document root causes of freight delays and track aging freight issues to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies and failures related to international freight execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize freight forwarding processes and ensure compliance with international shipping standards.
What's Needed?
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA TM.
- Exposure to international operations and logistics management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to own and improve processes.
