Regulatory Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Regulatory Specialist  I to join their team. As a Regulatory Specialist , you will be part of the Regulatory Support Department supporting the Product Steward team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Specialist 

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota (100%  onsite)

Pay Range: $18 to $22 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract 

What's the Job?

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to customer regulatory inquiries, questionnaires, and documentation requests.
  • Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering, document organization, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in compiling product-related regulatory information from internal systems and subject matter experts.
  • Help maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
  • Track incoming requests and help ensure completion within required timelines.

What's Needed?

  • 1 year of experience in regulatory support or customer service preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, regulatory, or equivalent field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
