Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 60-65/hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and identify pain points
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and enhancing controls
• Design, develop, and support Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and approvals

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business process management, or operational excellence
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and enterprise data integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
