Systems Engineer

Our client, a government security and technology solutions provider, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Imaging & Logistics team supporting device imaging, configuration, testing, inventory management, staging, and deployment activities for customer-facing technology solutions.  
 

Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay range: $25-$45 per hour 

What's the Job?

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops, tablets, and biometric hardware devices.
• Perform hardware and software testing to verify deployment readiness and quality standards.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, and track technology assets ensuring asset accountability.
• Package and prepare equipment for shipment to government and customer locations.
• Troubleshoot imaging, configuration, and hardware issues, escalating when necessary.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, or device imaging.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
