Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the enterprise transformation support team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for large-scale modernization programs
• Manage complex dependencies and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives
• Develop and implement transformation roadmaps and governance models
• Coordinate multi-workstream initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Drive value realization through benefits planning and KPI tracking

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience in managing complex transformation programs
• Strong expertise in program planning, dependency management, and critical path analysis
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business case development, and enterprise change management
