Cutover Project Manager - MAKE

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and supply chain transformation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cutover Project Manager - MAKE to join their team. As a Cutover Project Manager - MAKE, you will be an integral part of the MAKE organization supporting large-scale operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$75.00

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover strategies and detailed plans to ensure seamless transition during large-scale deployment initiatives.
• Coordinate site readiness activities across manufacturing and supply chain environments, ensuring all teams are prepared for transition.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, readiness assessments, and execution phases, managing dependencies and risks effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day cutover activities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience leading complex transformation, deployment, or cutover initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Strong background in developing and managing project/cutover plans, readiness assessments, and executive communications.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks under pressure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, and business leadership, to ensure successful project outcomes.
