Transformation Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to join their team. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will be part of the enterprise transformation department supporting large-scale modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Manage dependencies and drive value realization across multiple workstreams.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable outcomes and develop multi-year roadmaps.
• Design governance models, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols to enable timely decisions.
• Ensure integrated planning across business, technology, data, and process change initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation programs within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Background in financial services industry and enterprise-wide change orchestration.
