ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development team supporting enterprise-wide service management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 60- 65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Develop on the ServiceNow platform utilizing configuration and scripting techniques.
• Work on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module to enhance risk assessment processes.
• Contribute towards Agentic AI use cases to improve automation and decision-making.
• Deliver solutions following best practices in partnership with core and platform teams.
• Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed standards and tools.

What's Needed?

• Experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on configuration and scripting.
• Knowledge of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module is preferred.
• Ability to contribute to AI use cases and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of secure and scalable solution design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
