Our client is seeking a Provider Administration Specialist to join their team. As a Provider Administration Specialist, you will be part of the Provider Support Department supporting provider relations and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Maintain the integrity of provider information on enterprise systems, including updates requested by dental offices.
- Assist dental providers with business name changes, tax ID updates, contract terminations, and other provider data modifications.
- Handle escalated calls from clients and outgoing calls to dental offices to resolve issues.
- Verify and resolve 1099 tax discrepancies with external databases.
- Generate reports, run queries, and perform credentialing document verification requests.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; proven experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in Managed Care or Medical/Dental Insurance.
- Proficiency with Office 365, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with minimal errors.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
