Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Laboratory Department supporting the Manufacturing and Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Pay Range: $24.00-$25.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform biological, chemical, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and laboratory analyses in support of manufacturing operations.
• Utilize laboratory instruments and LIMS systems to document and maintain testing data.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP requirements.
• Participate in audits, SOP updates, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience and familiarity with analytical testing techniques.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, and analytical instruments.
• Understanding of cGMP manufacturing and laboratory safety practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
