Finance Analyst 3 - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Finance Analyst 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Finance Analyst 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic financial analysis and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Analyst 

Location:Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: 50-55/hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Understanding of financial concepts such as revenue analysis and profitability assessment
