Java Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Java Developer to join their team. As a Java Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Pennington, NJ (On-site required)

Pay Range: 68/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug middle-tier services and client-facing web applications.
• Utilize the latest development technologies to meet business requirements effectively.
• Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and technology stacks.
• Represent the technical team in SDLC processes within Agile project methodologies.
• Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.

What's Needed?

• 5 to 7 years of IT experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies.
• Experience with .NET Core and willingness to work with it.
• Experience with offshore support and collaborative team environments.
