Senior Change Management Lead

Our client, is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to join their team. As a Senior Change Management Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing change, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Schaumburg, Illinois

Pay Range: $78/hr - $81/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead and execute change management strategies within large-scale insurance or technology transformation projects.
• Identify key stakeholders, analyze change impact, and develop engagement and readiness plans.
• Adapt enterprise-wide change approaches to regional audiences and specific business contexts.
• Establish sustainable change practices, artifacts, and governance frameworks for client ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in OCMS leadership within complex insurance or technology transformations.
• Strong stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and engagement planning skills.
• Ability to tailor change management approaches to regional and business-specific needs.
• Experience establishing change practices, artifacts, and governance structures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
