Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Clinical Quality Analytics department supporting teams involved in healthcare data management, provider outreach, and quality measure improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote in California preferred
Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Support administrative tasks including taking meeting minutes and managing documentation
- Submit tickets for access to shared drives and facilitate their completion
- Assist in sFTP file data uploads until an analyst is hired
- Process and facilitate submission of medical records, including collecting and renaming files
- Communicate via email with provider organizations regarding Care Gap Reports and other updates
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HEDIS and Medicare Stars programs
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
