Senior Data Conversion Lead

One of prestigious Clients, is seeking a dedicated Senior Data Conversion Lead to join their team. As a Senior Data Conversion Lead, you will be an integral part of the Data Management Department supporting project teams involved in large-scale system implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Location: Portsmouth, Montana

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage the overall data conversion strategy, approach, and execution for enterprise system projects.
• Analyze source and target data models, defining data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to support seamless data migration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and vendors to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee development and execution of data conversion scripts and tools, validating data through reconciliation and exception analysis.

What's Needed?

• 8-12 years of experience in data migration or data conversion roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and RDBMS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database management tools.
• Proven track record leading data conversion activities for large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
