Oracle Developer Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Oracle Developer Lead to join their team. As a Oracle Developer Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting the document generation and enterprise application integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, enhance, and support document generation solutions using Oracle RP Documaker.
• Develop and maintain Documaker forms, templates, rules, letters, and correspondence workflows.
• Integrate Documaker solutions with enterprise applications using C#/.NET technologies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain XML-based data exchange processes and design XSLT transformations for document formatting and data conversion.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with Oracle RP Documaker and document generation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET technologies and SQL database management.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and data exchange processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and research complex technical issues effectively.
