Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer-.NET/React (NJ) to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Full Stack Developer-.NET/React (NJ), you will be part of the Wealth Management Technology group supporting innovative financial solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $65-68

What's the Job?

  • Develop and deliver complex software requirements related to client financial services using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable web applications.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers within the team.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in agile methodologies to support fast-paced project delivery and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of extensive experience working with UI technologies like ReactJS, Angular, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, and other client-side frameworks.
  • Proficiency in working with NodeJS and experience with source code and version control systems such as Bitbucket and Git.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, distributed team environment.
