Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IAM Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the cybersecurity and information security initiatives across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate project initiation, governance, and stakeholder engagement for IAM initiatives across multiple client sites.
- Assess IAM controls at critical/high-risk sites and drive the completion of remediation plans at medium/low-risk sites.
- Conduct IAM adherence assessments, including password configurations, account deactivation, and privileged access controls.
- Track and ensure timely completion of remediation activities, including password policies and account review procedures.
- Maintain clear documentation, communicate progress, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting IAM, cybersecurity, information security, or compliance initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, password controls, privileged access management, and user access reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, sites, deadlines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess control design and implementation, document findings, and develop clear remediation actions.
