Training Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in the diagnostics industry, is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join their team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Training Department supporting global sites. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Location: Westbrook, ME (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $30/hr. - $33/hr.

Duration: 15+Month Contract

Shift: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)

What's the Job?

• Assure timely training of employees by routing documents and scheduling classes.
• Gather data and report training metrics to management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the development and revision of training materials and curricula.
• Coordinate resources such as instructors, course materials, and training spaces to facilitate effective training sessions.

What's Needed?

• BS in preferably in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with training in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
