Job Title: User Research Specialist
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range:$42/hour
Schedule: Part time, 20 hours/week.
What's the Job?
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies to gain deep insights into user experiences with in-development products.
- Translate research data into actionable findings that inform and improve product design and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with product team stakeholders both locally and remotely to ensure research objectives are met.
- Manage research timelines, deliverables, and presentations to ensure timely and polished delivery of insights.
- Collaborate with team members to delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring efficient use of resources and expertise.
What's Needed?
- Experience with human observational research, experimental design, and questionnaire research methodologies.
- Participation in major research projects involving testing and data analysis in applied research or product development environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently with speed and precision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, or related fields; advanced degrees are preferred.
