Our client, a leading organization in enterprise communication solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Enterprise Voice Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Enterprise Voice Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Communications Support Department, collaborating with the Voice Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: 70/hr
What's the Job?
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure, including CUCM, Unity, gateways, and analog solutions
- Develop automation and operational tooling using AXL APIs and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis utilizing Splunk and other monitoring platforms
- Design, execute, and document QA, system integration, and regression testing for voice infrastructure changes, upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Validate call flows, voicemail functionality, gateway integrations, analog services, and emergency calling capabilities following system changes
What's Needed?
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM/Call Manager), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR)
- Experience developing and executing AXL API scripts for automation, reporting, provisioning, and bulk administration
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar
- Experience using Splunk for log analytics, monitoring, dashboard development, troubleshooting, and operational reporting
- Knowledge of SIP, SCCP, dial plans, call routing, voice quality analysis, and troubleshooting in large enterprise environments
