Our client, a leading organization in workforce development services, is seeking a WF Development Specialist 2_USD to join their team. As a WF Development Specialist 2_USD, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting global customer service and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide operational support for Workforce Development services, applications, and users during U.S. business hours.
  • Manage customer inquiries, support requests, and operational workflows through shared mailboxes, ServiceNow queues, and Workforce Development systems.
  • Analyze support processes to identify automation opportunities and develop AI-assisted solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Track requests through completion, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers.
  • Assist with content retirement, system cleanup activities, and special projects to improve operational workflows.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in enterprise application support and customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, LMS, and LXP platforms.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, workflow optimization, and content governance.
  • Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and support project initiatives.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI solutions, GennieLLM, or Mendix is preferred.
