TOSCA UAT Tester

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting testing and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 4

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $60 - 65

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca and other automation tools
• Support end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure quality standards are met
• Translate business requirements into manual and automated test cases
• Contribute to testing transformation strategies by enhancing automation coverage and supporting UAT efforts

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of QA, testing, or related experience in a financial or banking environment
• 3-4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a commercial banking setting
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, HyperExecute, and ALM Octane
• Proven ability to convert manual test scripts into automated solutions
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and test reporting
