Payroll Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Range: $38-$45/hr
Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)

What's the Job?

• Prepare and process payroll for team members
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll data
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional support to staff regarding payroll inquiries

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
