Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Tech PM (Vulnerability Remediation) (Richmond) to join their dedicated team. As a Tech PM (Vulnerability Remediation) (Richmond), you will be an integral part of the Security Operations Department supporting vulnerability management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide guidance and triage issues related to security vulnerability management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for application teams and collaborate with operations, engineering, and security teams to resolve remediation issues.
- Oversee and manage vulnerability remediation programs, coordinating activities across multiple teams.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within vulnerability management workflows.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance vulnerability remediation processes and prepare the organization for ServiceNow transition.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3+ years experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management.
- At least 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management roles.
- Experience with Bank of America domain expertise in CIO Application or CTI product portfolios is highly preferred.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills, including proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, analysis).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
