Our client, a leading cloud technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Marketing Business Planning organization supporting the Growth & Operations (GO), Azure Region Launch, Pricing, and Commerce Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and cross-functional stakeholder management experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50/Hr to $52/Hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Drive end-to-end execution of Azure region launches, pricing actions, and operational readiness activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL, KQL, and advanced Excel tools to support pricing and launch decisions.
  • Create and manage launch execution artifacts, including LRTs, MLC cards, and MLC 2.0 workflows, ensuring timely submission and tracking.
  • Perform pricing validation and troubleshoot Partner Center errors to ensure accuracy and compliance with pricing intent and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Business Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commerce, and Finance to manage dependencies, risks, and launch milestones.

 

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of advanced Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and large dataset analysis.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL and KQL experience with the ability to independently extract, join, and analyze data.
  • Experience managing complex operational, launch, pricing, or program management processes with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with commerce and launch tools such as MLC, MLC 2.0, Partner Center, and Cayman is highly preferred.
