Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to join their team. As a Regulatory Compliance specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting product development and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory environments, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulatory Compliance
Location: REMOTE
Full-time; Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm or 8am - 4pm
Pay Range: 42 W2
What's the Job?
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with applicable US regulations and internal policies for health products
- Review and analyze the accuracy and substantiation of health claims, structure/function claims, and ingredient qualifications
- Communicate regulatory concerns clearly to cross-functional teams and develop effective strategies
- Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance to support product development and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for innovative product claims and support new product development
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in the food and dietary supplements regulatory environment
- Deep understanding of product composition, ingredient qualification (e.g., GRAS, NDI), and labeling regulations
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
