We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Senior Full Stack Engineers lead the design, development, and deployment of mission critical software systems. They shape engineering standards, architectural direction, and technical strategy while mentoring the engineering team and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Architect full stack solutions using Java/Spring backend, React/Angular frontend, and AWS cloud services.
Lead design sessions, technical planning, and backlog refinement for engineering tasks.
Define coding standards, secure coding practices, and performance guidelines.
Drive CI/CD maturity, observability, and DevOps best practices.
Guide the definition of cloud native patterns (serverless, microservices, containerization).
Mentor engineers and influence cross team engineering decisions.
Ensure application reliability, scalability, and adherence to security standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects on roadmap and technical strategy.
Required Skills
Expert in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices architecture (8+ years)
Deep experience with React or Angular (5+ years)
AWS expert level proficiency (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM)
Advanced system design, distributed systems, and integration architecture
Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Advanced CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices
Strong leadership in code reviews and engineering mentorship
Preferred Tools & Technologies
High scale event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis)
AWS Well Architected Framework
Advanced container orchestration (EKS, Kubernetes)
Observability stacks: Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana
