Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Guidewire Data SME/Consultant to join their team. As a Guidewire Data SME/Consultant, you will be part of the Data and Analytics Department supporting the Insurance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide solution options based on prior experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite, including Policy Center, Data Hub, and Info Center, to meet reporting and data consumption needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of personal and commercial line insurance products, supporting activities in an insurance business environment.
  • Participate in gathering detailed functional and non-functional requirements for analytics, reporting, and data feeds.
  • Discuss and advise clients on data integration approaches and facilitate the selection of optimal solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and profiling using SQL to understand data models, relationships, and support the creation of consolidated databases.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, particularly Policy Center, Data Hub, and Info Center.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and profiling.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and business functions related to personal and commercial lines.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and clients.
