Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking an AI Specialist to join their dynamic team.

As an AI Specialist, you will be part of a team supporting the enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing artificial intelligence solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Specialist

Location: St. Peters, MO (Onsite 5 days/week)

Pay Range: $121,000 - $154,500, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Build and enhance AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Develop agentic AI solutions, chatbots, and voice AI experiences that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems.
• Design and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, and other business tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve AI applications to meet organizational needs.

What's Needed?

• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills with experience in building modern applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, chatbots, RAG, and automation.
• Ability to independently drive projects from design through deployment, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex business challenges with innovative AI solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
