Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a BI Analyst/ Reporting and Data Analyst (SQL/Alteryx) (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a BI Analyst/ Reporting and Data Analyst (SQL/Alteryx) (Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform complex analysis and develop end-to-end business intelligence reports using Tableau.
• Utilize SQL at an advanced/intermediate level to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to gather requirements and determine data sources.
• Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions to support reporting needs.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tableau report development.
• Proven expertise with 3+ years of Alteryx development.
• Strong SQL coding and reporting skills with 3+ years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines effectively.
