Our client, a leading organization in the financial services and technology sectors, is seeking a Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
- Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards, to support strategic decision-making.
What's Needed?
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and other data manipulation and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
