Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Tech II to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech II, you will be an essential part of the Networking Rack Execution team, supporting the front line of ticket resolution and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

What's the Job?
- Own the front line of the ticket queue by acknowledging, triaging, and resolving inbound tickets following established SOPs.
- Provide redundancy and capacity for volume spikes, ensuring high SLA adherence and efficient ticket handling.
- Escalate out-of-scope or high-severity issues with full context for prompt resolution.
- Contribute to faster acknowledgment and resolution times, reducing backlog and freeing senior capacity.
- Maintain documentation and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality in support delivery.
What's Needed?
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in technical support or related fields.
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to execute existing processes effectively and handle ticket resolutions efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to established procedures.
