Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Hogan Application Developer to join their team. As a Hogan Application Developer, you will be part of the Core Banking Support team, working on developing and maintaining critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 80-90 W2

What's the Job?

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Core Banking platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM technologies.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements and support change management processes.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
  • Experience with Hogan modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
  • Good understanding of core banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
  • Proficiency with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
