Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Technology and Business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale testing efforts across multiple projects and systems within the Commercial Credit Technology domain.
  • Develop detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and manage defect tracking to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and impact analysis on features and stories.
  • Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders, manage test environments, and create comprehensive test metrics and reports.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior testing team members, supporting continuous improvement in testing processes.

What's Needed?

  • 5-7 years of Test Lead experience in a structured testing environment.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing within the banking domain, supporting Commercial Credit.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium.
  • Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative.
