Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a dedicated Video Conferencing Support Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Video Conferencing Support Technician, you will be an integral part of the support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client’s video conferencing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Valhalla, NY
Pay Range: $35-$38/hr
What's the Job?
- Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues to ensure seamless communication experiences.
- Assist in scheduling, managing, and supporting high-level video conferencing events and activities.
- Install, configure, and support video conferencing equipment, including MACD requests, to meet client needs.
- Track and resolve incidents efficiently, maintaining detailed support and process documentation.
- Guide customers in the use of video conferencing software and hardware, delivering exceptional customer service.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and IT systems, with familiarity with Poly products and third-party video conferencing devices.
- Knowledge of H.320, H.323, and SIP protocols, with experience supporting Zoom or Teams preferred.
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting video conferencing devices such as Cisco, Logitech, or Neat.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
