Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support Engineer – Autosys / Scheduling (NJ, TX, NC) to join their dynamic team. As a Production Support Engineer – Autosys / Scheduling (NJ, TX, NC), you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to system support, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage and support the Autosys job scheduling platform for over 1,500 applications across various business units.
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolution of scheduling issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, vendors, and leadership teams to support system enhancements and integrations.
  • Define and implement EEM security policies for granular access control to scheduling components.
  • Support disaster recovery activities and contribute to system re-architecture initiatives, including new technology integrations.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Autosys administration, including job scheduling, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation and integration tasks.
  • Experience with EEM security backend and WCC to build custom views based on client requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with technical teams and management.
  • Enterprise-scale experience supporting large, complex systems with over 1,000 applications.
