Salesforce Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Solutions department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Fort Mill, SC

What's the Job?

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create configurable solutions that include workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Work with the design team to ensure that key business operations are effectively addressed.
• Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy and ethos.

What's Needed?

• Excellent knowledge and proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Knowledge of development tools and processes to aid in use case formulation and project requirement design.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem features, including declarative automation.
