Our client, a leading organization in innovative technology, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and independence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: UX Researcher III

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $65.00

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate closely with researchers to plan research sessions and establish procedures and protocols.
  • Set up prototypes for research sessions independently or collaboratively, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist in piloting research sessions, testing prototypes, and developing study protocol materials.
  • Moderate research sessions according to protocols, managing time effectively and making real-time decisions.
  • Collect data during research sessions, analyze preliminary insights, and summarize findings for further review.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human behavior-related fields such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics.
  • Experience with qualitative research practices and basic quantitative data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make autonomous decisions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in research and data collection methodologies.
