What's the Job?
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of AI-related deal inquiries, ensuring swift and effective processing to accelerate business growth.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing agreements, providing clear guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and oversee the contract lifecycle, utilizing AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and contracting best practices, translating insights into internal policies and playbooks.
- Collaborate across departments to align legal strategies with overall business objectives and AI/data strategies.
What's Needed?
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar or relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of five years of legal experience, preferably in technology transactions, software/SaaS, or AI/data-related legal matters.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with high analytical ability.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML legal issues and familiarity with industry regulations.
