Business Systems Lead – Supply Chain

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Supply Chain to join their team. As a Business Systems Lead – Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain Support Team supporting global digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Lead – Supply Chain

Location: Onsite, in New Berlin, WI 

Pay Range:$110,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Support global and local digital transformation initiatives by executing assigned projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into Information Systems (IS) solution requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and cutover activities for new implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, and internal/external IS delivery teams to ensure reliable and scalable application solutions.
• Manage assigned projects in accordance with ABB project management standards and governance processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working with SAP or similar enterprise business applications.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
