Marketing Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading company in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys driving projects and processes forward through cross-functional collaboration.

Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-4 Months (extension possible)
Pay Range: $35 - $40 hourly

What’s the Job?

• Initiate and manage projects within internal project management systems, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows stay on track.
• Coordinate artwork, packaging, and labeling approval processes across Brand, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, and other stakeholder groups.
• Serve as a liaison with external printing and production agencies to manage artwork priorities, approvals, and schedules.
• Support purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and administrative marketing operations activities.
• Coordinate sales samples for customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, ensuring materials are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain artwork, marketing assets, and project documentation within SharePoint and other internal systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, artwork coordination, packaging, commercialization, or a related function.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and approval workflows simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively drive projects forward.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, consumer health, or related industries is preferred.
